Arrival
Allow 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete your registration details for treatments ( read our privacy policy )

Late
If your treatment time is compromised by a late arrival we will endeavour to prioritise with you what you most want completed, but we will charge you for the full appointment booked with us. 


Cancellation
If you need to cancel please do so asap - if the cancellation occurs within 24hrs of your appointment, a fee of 50% will need to be paid.

Groups
All group bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee and a single card and person to be responsible for the cost of the entire booking.

The Wedding

Don't lose sight of the role your radiant skin and toned body play in those photographs.  We can help you look amazing with our skin preparation packages, relaxation/remedial massages, makeup for all on the big day.

Long Appointments
All appointments requiring a time allocation of 1.5hrs or more can be made with a 50% deposit by credit card at the time of the booking.

Celebrations /Special Occasions
Celebrate........birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, births, christenings, friendships. Or just say thankyou.

Home Care

We have an extensive range of in-salon products to treat all skincare requirements.

Delivery

We pay for postage to you anywhere in Australia by overnight post for purchases over $ 100 in value.  We send by secure freight overseas for an additional fee.
