A few notes...

Arrival
Allow 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete your registration details for treatments.
For subsequent visits allow at least 10 minutes to maximise your time with us.

Late
If your treatment time is compromised by a late arrival we will endeavour to prioritise with you what you most want completed.
Unless you have given us substantial notice we will need to charge for the original time allocated.

Cancellation
• We understand plans change however we need to know a.s.a.p.
• 24 hrs notice is necessary to fill the appointment:
late cancellation attracts a 50% booking fee.
• If you don’t come to your appointment there will be a 100% service fee.
• Group bookings will require a credit card deposit + a single contact person + 48 hrs notification of change.
• Gift vouchers become invalid if appointment is cancelled on the day.

Health
While we take full details when you first make an appointment with us and at regular intervals, let us know if anything changes
– new conditions, new medications (including any supplements).

Parties + Functions
We can cater for up to 10 for dinners and up to 30 for celebrations (drinks and treatments). Ask us how.
